The fallout from Brazilian miner’s Vale failure to secure rights to call in China continues. Next month its third VLOC is set for delivery - its name, Vale Italia, shows just

how far the miner has had to rearrange its global plans for its new, giant fleet.
The ship will focus on shipments from Brazil to the Italian port of Taranto. Italian steel production has had a strong year, up 11% so far.
